We're not like the other guys. In fact, we are like the exact opposite of the other guys. We know because we have ordered recycled golf ballz from assorted other guys for over ten years on the internet. We know everything they are doing inside and out.
We, on the other hand, first and foremost, do not want you to order once, a zillion balls and never see us again. We want to sort, select, and send you the best ballz month after month after month, and hopefully year after year long into the future. We want you along for this ride, aboard a community we are building of golf lovers that plan to have a ton of fun and play a ton of golf and need a ton of ballz.
Our core business is service. Our main goal is to keep you happy and sticking around. That's our model, and that is our path to continued success so that we can continue having fun with this business we are thrilled to run built around a game we love.
So if you have any issues with any of your orders, and/or suggestions, concerns, helpful tips for how we can make your experience better, we are here and listening and constantly improving.
You need to change your delivery date. You need to upgrade your plan. You need to downgrade. You are leaving for a month or two and want your ballz sent to Florida. You need to pause or change your subscription in any way. Whatever it is.

If we made a mistake, we will fix it. If the USPS did, we will fix that too. If for whatever reason you got a ball that gives you the bad voo doo, the mean reds, whatever, let us know and we will replace it on your next monthly drop.
